Price Breakdown

We often struggle with pricing our work. 

We don't want cost to hinder access to education, but we also want to be able to support ourselves through our passions. Many of our offerings have sliding-scale pricing, and we are open to discussing price changes further if necessary. If the prices listed below are beyond your budget, please reach out to us, and we can find a solution together.

Cancellation and Booking Policy 

Cancellation Fee

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost.


Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice for any appointment cancellation. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the cancellation fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.


Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours in advance, the $50 cancellation fee will be forfeited and will not be applied to your service cost.


Booking Confirmation

Your appointment will only be confirmed, and the session will be scheduled once the cancellation fee has been fully paid. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we must cancel the appointment and cannot offer a rescheduled date within four (4) weeks.


Payment Terms

To ensure the highest quality of service, the remaining balance of your service must be paid no later than 24 hours before your session. This allows us to allocate the necessary resources and provide you with the best possible experience.

Contract 

To be officially placed on our schedule, the clients must sign the contract and pay the Booking Fee. The contract will include a short outline of the session, the agreed price rate, the total price, and the time and place of the session. It will also include a thorough review of liability and the expectations of all participants.

This is for those who want to experience rope, suspension, impact, or other sensations from a trained professional.

Just a Taste

$75 / HOUR

Step into the Kinky Cottage and experience the basics firsthand. In a controlled, open environment, you’ll feel the precision and care of a trained professional. This introductory session gives you a glimpse of what we offer, providing a safe and clinical setting to explore the sensations and techniques we teach.

A Meaningful Snack

 $125 / HOUR

This experience offers a more intimate exploration for those seeking a deeper connection. Engage with the nuances of your psyche as you immerse yourself in a carefully crafted scene. In a private setting, whether in a dungeon or a secluded hotel room, the ambiance is tailored to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and understanding as a bottom.

A Full Meal

Immerse yourself in the full experience with a meticulously crafted scene that delves deep into the art of dominance and submission. These sessions are the real deal—long, intense, and thoughtfully designed to push boundaries. Whether at the Kinky Cottage, a hotel room, or even your own home if comfort allows, this is where true exploration begins, offering an experience akin to a professional dominatrix session.

Please note: A negotiation consultation (minimum 30 minutes) is required before booking. These sessions are a collaborative creation, and an in-depth conversation is essential to tailor the experience to your desires.

Private Classes

One-on-one/Small Groups

1 - 3 Individuals | Minimum 2 hours

Our small group private classes are designed for intimate, focused learning, tailored to the needs of 1-3 participants. With a minimum duration of 2 hours, these sessions offer the flexibility to dive deep into either soft skills or hard skills, ensuring personalized attention and a customized experience. Pricing varies based on the complexity and type of skills being taught, making each session a unique opportunity to refine your abilities in a private, comfortable setting.

Soft Skills: $25 - $75 / Hour

Hard Skills: $50 - $150 / Hour

Larger Groups

4-10 Individuals | Minimum 2 hours 

Our larger group classes are perfect for those looking to learn and grow within a community. Prices are based on the type of skills—soft or hard—and sessions can be held at the Kinky Cottage or a location of your choice if it accommodates the group. Join us for a collaborative learning experience that’s both engaging and flexible.

Soft Skills: $100/hour base rate, plus $25 per additional participant

Hard Skills: $150/hour base rate, plus $30 per additional participant

Welcome to an extraordinary experience! Invite us to your venue and step into our world where artistry meets athleticism. Witness the captivating interplay between our bodies and the rope as we push the boundaries of possibility.


Our shows are designed to mesmerize and engage, offering you an up-close encounter with our dynamic performances. Setting up takes approximately 30 minutes, ensuring seamless integration into your event. Afterward, dismantling takes another 30 minutes.

Short Show - $250 (Duration: 30-45 minutes)

Long Show - $350 (Duration: 45-90 minutes)
